Hai Hai Ramen pays started from an unhealthy obsession with Japan’s favourite noodle soup and multiple trips to Japan just to try to fit as many bowls and variations in as possible.
The love of the versatility and range of ramen styles and types that vary from region to region just as much as they vary from shop to shop.
We believe each shop should have it’s own distinct style and flavour profile in order to not only stand out from the other ramen-yas, but also to complement the range of options available for ramen lovers to choose from in a given place.
Making sure our izakaya-style dishes are not just side-kicks to the ramen, but stand up on their own has always been our specialty. Calling on the wide-ranging skills and experience of our Chefs who have worked throughout Japan, Australia, Europe and other Asian countries, we are always offering something new and unique for our customers to try alongside their noods.
Now, almost a decade after opening our first store in Paddington, we have a new store in West End to lead our menu even further!!
A bigger kitchen, more seating and more drinks mean more options for our customers and a new experience that differentiates the two stores from one another with the same dedication to quality and taste.
